Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. Live animals, Plants, and items on sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

Delivery and Pickup
Standard courier shipping across Ontario is available for all plants and dry goods, in addition to local delivery and pickup. Free local pickup available (serving Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, Guelph, Niagara, and the Greater Golden Horseshoe). Free local delivery available strictly for addresses within 10 km of North Burlington.
Live animals are only available for local delivery and local pickup.
